Now on volume 46, Star*Line comes out on a quarterly basis, and is currently edited by Jean-Paul Garnier. The newest cover is by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/austinarthurhart\/\">Austin Arthur Hart<\/a>, entitled <em>Struggle for the Starbox<\/em> as the association marks our 45th anniversary since its founding in 1978. Denny E. Marshall and Jade Sng are providing interior art this time.<br><br>The issue features a message from SFPA President Colleen Anderson in addition to regular column features, an essay by Denise Dumars on Stealth SF * \u201cThe Gloves Come Off, Part I,\u201d an interview Casey Aimer on publishing, and  Xenopoetry * Werwolf\/Werewolf *<em>\u00a0<\/em>with F.J. &amp; Fred W. Bergman. This issue also features details on the 2023 winners of the Rhysling, Dwarf Stars AND Elgin Awards.
