As the 2020 awards and contest season is winding down the executive committee is turning its hive-mind toward next year's tasks. First on the list is recruiting people to chair the Rhysling and Elgin Awards and to edit the Dwarf Stars Anthology and chair the award; a chair for the 2021 SFPA Poetry Contest is also needed. Could one of these be you? Volunteering for one of these positions is a wonderful way to gain experience and support the SFPA. Please have a look at the duties/tasks involved, paying special attention to the non-negotiable timeline of each activity.
