About the Poet

Joan Logghe
Joan Logghe has lived in rural northern New Mexico since 1973. She has six books of her poems in print, three grown children and three grandchildren. As a writing activist she has founded things such as Write Action, free writing groups for people living with life challenges, Artist of the Month, free arts workshops for her community near Espaņola, and is board president for New Mexico Literary Arts.
