- Anne Valley-Fox
- Anne Valley-Fox is a poet who has also written a book (with Sam Keen) on writing and storytelling (Your Mythic Journey: Finding Meaning in Your Life Through Writing and Storytelling) and a book-length manuscript called Stepmother. She worked as a poet in the schools with NMAD between 1978 and 1983 with notable residencies in Carlsbad and Las Vegas. From 1991-94, she was writer-in-residence for the Center for Contemporary Arts' Teen Project and helped edit and direct the teenage magazine, Free Food. She has worked with Project Crossroads, a non-profit educational resource group based in Santa Fe, writing and piloting innovative curriculum for New Mexico students. Her collections of poetry include Sending the Body Out (Zephyr Press) and Fish Drum Fifteen.

- Shelley Horton-Trippe
- Santa Fe artist Shelley Horton-Trippe studied art at the University of Oklahoma and University of Montana. Graduating with an MFA in 1978, she studied under teachers such as Donald Lipski and Nancy Graves. Ms. Trippe then moved to Paris to study video art with internationally acclaimed video artist Nam June Paik. She is the recipient of three NEA grants, which have brought collaboration with artists such as Jenny Holzer, Luis Jimenez and Bruce Nauman.
